SMS Consent & Message Flow Evidence

ExtenX customers configure their business phone number to send an automated SMS reply to callers when a call is missed. The screenshot below shows the actual text message a caller receives, including the opt-out instructions, exactly as delivered.

How consent is established

A caller's phone number only receives this message after they call an ExtenX customer's published business number and the call goes unanswered. No SMS is sent unless a call was first placed by that number to the business line.
